Cashiers Festival of Trees is a multi-day, family-friendly event during Thanksgiving weekend where guests can get in the holiday spirit by viewing and bidding on decorated Christmas trees and holiday décor, enjoy a wide variety of holiday performances, create personalized children’s crafts, celebrate literacy on the Dolly Parton Imagination Library Storytime Stage, enjoy a Build-a-Bear Experience and shop one-of-a-kind gifts in the Gift Zone.
Cashiers Festival of Trees will take place on Friday, November 26 – Saturday, November 27, 2021, at the Summit Center (370 Mitten Lane), the athletics and fine arts facility at Summit Charter School. Event times are 10:00 A.M. - 5:30 P.M. Be sure to head to the Village Green Tree Lighting on Friday, November 26 from 5:30 - 6:30 PM.

9:00 AM – 10:00 AM – VIP Breakfast with the Grinch and Moët & Chandon (By Invitation Only)
10:00 AM – 5:30 PM – Doors open to the public
11:00 AM – Storytime and Craft with the Albert Carlton Cashiers Community Library on the Dolly Parton Imagination Library Stage
12:30 PM – Storytime with the Albert Carlton Cashiers Community Library on the Dolly Parton Imagination Library Stage
2:00 PM – Musical performance by Erica Nicole
3:00 PM – Talent performances by Summit Students
3:30 PM – Winter Wonderland Sing-A-Long with Tracie Jernigan

10:00 AM – 5:30 PM – Doors open to the public
10:00 AM – 11:00 AM – Meet & Greet with Santa and Mrs. Clause
11:00 AM – Storytime and craft with the Albert Carlton Cashiers Community Library on the Dolly Parton Imagination Library Stage
12:30 PM – Bluegrass by John Warren and Benny Queen
1:30 PM – Performance by Highland Heckelphones Quartet
2:00 PM – Traditional Hispanic Dance performance
3:00 PM – Violinist Rainier Finley
3:30 PM – Junior Appalachian Musicians (JAM)
6:30 – 8:30 PM – Summit Alumni Meetup at Hotel Cashiers Lobby. RSVP to membership@cedarcreekclub.com

Moët & Chandon Toast of the Treess
Our Moët & Chandon Toast of the Trees event is an exclusive celebration to kick-off the inaugural Cashiers Festival of Trees and to thank our top Benefactors and Corporate Sponsors. Toast of the Trees is sponsored by Moët & Chandon and will take place at The Orchard on Thursday, July 29, 2021. This VIP evening will include a champagne reception, multi-course meal curated by Chef Travis Boswell and paired to perfection by our friends
at Newton Vineyard and Cloudy Bay, and a short (albeit thrilling!) live auction. We will “toast” to our generous supporters and to a new year of supporting education and the plateau we all know and love. Please note: due to COVID-19 precautions, this event is limited and is at capacity.
